Benefit 5: Thermal Insulation Property

The FRP panels have superior thermal insulation properties to those of steel.

This helps to keep the temperature of the water stored in our standard FRP Tanks stable for a longer period of time.

Where a tank may be exposed to consistently low or high temperatures, panels which incorporate additional insulation can be specified.   We offer options for 1’’or 2’’ insulated panels. This allows our customers to keep water stored in our GRP tanks at the desired temperature level for an even longer period of time.

These options are especially useful for extreme weather conditions to help save energy required for heating or chilling water. It is also ideal for industrial purposes where constant cold or hot water is required continuously.
